Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Kissito Healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential support to our nursing staff while ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Maintain accurate medical records for each resident.
• Provide compassionate hospice care when needed.
• Engage with residents to promote their emotional well-being and comfort.

Requirements

• Previous experience in geriatrics or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Licensed CNA
• Strong patient service skills with a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to administer medications and understand medical records management.
• Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.
