Duties:

• Clean and maintain designated areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and common areas
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete assigned tasks
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:

• **Must have smart phone w/ cell service & non slip shoes**
• **Must have license & reliable transportation and be willing to travel 10-20 minutes between jobsites. NO EXCEPTIONS**
• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
