Turf Installer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Synthetic Turf Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in landscape and hardscape installation. As an Installer, you will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces through the installation of various landscape elements, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Ideally we are looking for someone with prior Turf installation experience, but are also willing to train motivated individuals.

Duties

• Prepare and grade installation sites to ensure proper drainage and leveling
• Lay and secure synthetic turf, cut seams, and apply adhesives for a clean, professional finish
• Install base materials including crushed stone, compact and level surfaces using power tools
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws as needed
• Assist in hardscape and landscape elements such as edging, pavers, and retaining borders
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Represent Goat Turf professionally with clients and on job sites

Skills

• Prior experience with synthetic turf installation (preferred but not required)
• Experience running equipment (excavation and grading)
• Basic understanding of measurements, site layout, and grading
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping installation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in all installations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
