Legacy Roofing & Restoration is expanding and looking for motivated, driven sales representatives to help homeowners with storm damage and insurance-funded roof replacements.

This is a door-to-door, face-to-face sales role focused on identifying storm damage, educating homeowners, and guiding them through the insurance claims process. If you're confident, coachable, and not afraid to knock doors, this is a high-income opportunity with real growth potential.

Earning Potential (Realistic Example)

This is a commission-based role. Your income is based on performance.

• Average deal commission: $2,100 – $4,900 per completed job
• New reps (part-time or learning phase):
  • $4,200 – $8,400 per month
• Active full-time reps:
  • $9,800 – $16,800+ per month
• Top performers:
  • $21,000 – $35,000+ per month

Many projects are fully insurance-funded, which increases close rates and average deal size.

What You'll Be Doing

• Canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door after storms (hail, wind, wear & tear)
• Identifying potential roof, siding, and exterior damage
• Educating homeowners on insurance-covered roof replacements
• Setting inspections and assisting with the insurance claim process
• Following up with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
• Representing the company professionally in the field
• Maintaining basic lead and job notes

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with door-to-door and cold outreach
• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
