Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving change, optimizing processes, and leading teams through complex projects using proven methodologies. Your leadership will help shape our program development efforts and foster continuous improvement across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma to guide project execution from initiation to closure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, supervision, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform detailed requirements analysis to align project goals with business needs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and risk management activities to identify potential issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders through meetings and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
  • Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations to ensure quality standards are maintained and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising projects or programs within a structured environment; familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK or SAFe is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using PPM tools like Primavera P6 or Project Server.
  • Expertise in process modeling, business process mapping, and requirements management to streamline workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles and techniques for guiding organizational transformation.
  • Skilled in data analysis, process improvement (Kaizen), and Lean Six Sigma practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, negotiate with vendors, and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Technical proficiency in project management software such as Trello, Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
