NET Developer

Our firm is seeking a .NET Developer with experience supporting iManage Cloud to help design, develop, and maintain secure applications and integrations that support the firm's document management and legal business workflows. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient access to firm content while supporting attorneys and legal staff across practice groups. You will be part of a collaborative on-site team of 7–8 developers, working on modern application development initiatives with direct impact on firmwide platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
• Build and support integrations with iManage Cloud (Work 10 APIs, REST services)
• Develop backend services and APIs to support document management, matter-centric workflows, and firm applications
• Collaborate with legal operations, practice support, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions meet law firm security, compliance, and data governance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues impacting attorneys and staff
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and controlled production deployments
• Maintain technical documentation and follow firm development standards and best practices
• Support enhancements and upgrades related to document management and legal systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API
• Experience integrating with iManage Cloud or iManage Work 10
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms
• Strong experience with SQL Server
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Front-end experience with TypeScript / JavaScript / React
• Experience supporting intranets, knowledge management, or document collaboration tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint governance and information architecture

Compensation: $130,000-150,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
