Housekeeping Supervisor

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our housekeeping department to provide exceptional cleanliness and service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, hotel operations, and housekeeping management, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

**Duties:**

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and maintained to the highest standards.

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned regularly.

• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure that all areas are clean and maintained.

• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and utilized.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the housekeeping department.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.

• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that the housekeeping department is aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

• Manage and resolve any issues or complaints related to the housekeeping department.

**Experience:**

• Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.

• Strong background in housekeeping management, including experience with staff management, scheduling, and training.

• Experience with industrial cleaning and floor care procedures.

• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and maintained.
