Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Outreach Associate to help build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies for community engagement. You will also research local schools and student communities to support targeted outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and community partners
• Assist in developing community engagement and growth strategies
• Research client needs, schools, and student communities to inform outreach
• Track and report on outreach activities and results

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or client-facing roles
• Ability to conduct research to support outreach and engagement
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid team environment
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Business, Communications, Education, or related fields preferred
• Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or student-facing roles is a plus

Compensation:
This position is performance-based. You will earn a percentage of revenue for each client you bring in who successfully books and completes an appointment. High performers have unlimited earning potential.
