What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI and data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, IT, and external partners to define project requirements and communicate progress
• Define project scopes, track milestones, manage change requests, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Develop project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures to maximize ROI
• Lead agile/scrum teams and facilitate sprint planning, integrating AI/ML models into insurance workflows

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Over five years of experience in project management, focusing on AI, data, or technology initiatives in insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, data engineering, and insurance data models
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
