Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in various trades, including plumbing, flooring preparation, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can handle a variety of repairs and upkeep duties to keep our facilities in excellent condition. Must be able to travel to different locations, a company vehicle will be provided.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $70,000 annually

Location: Philadelphia, Berks, and Hatboro

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Maintenance Team
• Perform general plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Assist with flooring preparation, removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and installing new materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance: Proficient in electrical and mechanical components.
• Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, and other structural elements.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall patching as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, and keep the truck organized.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair various maintenance issues as they arise.
• Maintain professional relationships with all staff/employees.

Qualifications:

• Certifications or licenses in plumbing or electrical work (a plus but not required).
• Minimum 2 years of handy work in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, flooring prep, or related fields.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. objects, climb ladders, and perform hands-on work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
