What You'll Do:

• Create unforgettable experiences – From art workshops and chair yoga to live entertainment and themed parties, you'll design programs that bring energy and excitement into our residents' lives.
• Lead with heart – Build personal connections with residents, get to know their stories, and tailor activities to their passions and abilities.
• Celebrate everything – Holidays, birthdays, game days, or just a beautiful Tuesday—you'll make every day a reason to celebrate.
• Engage memory care residents – Design uplifting, therapeutic activities that honor the abilities and dignity of residents living with dementia.
• Be the face of fun – Energize the room, encourage participation, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels included.
• Team up – Work closely with caregivers, families, and volunteers to ensure every event is safe, seamless, and full of joy.

What You Bring:

• A background in activities, event planning, caregiving, or recreational therapy (senior living experience is a big plus)
• Creative spirit and a "yes, let's do it" attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills—you inspire people
• Knowledge of dementia care and inclusive programming
• Great time management and the ability to juggle a fun-filled calendar
• A warm, compassionate approach and love for seniors
