We're looking for a people-first Inside Sales Agent who enjoys meaningful conversations, consistent follow-up, and being an active part of a growing business. This role is centered on inside sales and relationship management, with some exposure to business development activities as the organization scales.

This is an in-office position for someone who wants to be involved, visible, and impactful, connecting with leads, strengthening relationships, and helping turn opportunities into results.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,00 - $55,000 (based on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000+
  • Paid Time Off
  • Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, texts, and emails, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and manage tasks effectively
  • Execute thoughtful follow-up campaigns, including email, text, and light mailers
  • Support referral and re-engagement outreach to keep relationships active
  • Assist with initiatives that promote brand visibility and community engagement
  • Collaborate on content or messaging for marketing campaigns when needed
  • Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, processes, and workflows
  • Jump in to support team's needs and contribute ideas for efficiency and growth

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or phone-based roles is a plus
  • Able to commute to the office and work in the office consistently
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
  • Relationship-focused, no high-pressure sales tactics
