Charity Event Assistant – Entry Level

We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Charity Event Assistant who is outgoing, passionate about helping others, and eager to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement.

No experience required — paid training provided

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns

• Engage attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner

• Provide information about nonprofit partners, programs, and fundraising initiatives

• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination

• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and mission-focused atmosphere at all events

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient event operations

• Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

• Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments

• Reliable, professional, and motivated to make a meaningful impact

• Event or customer service experience is a bonus but not required
