About the Opportunity:

The District Manager oversees the performance of Restaurant Management Teams, including General Managers, GMTs/GMITs, Shift Managers, and Shift Leaders. The role ensures all employees meet job responsibilities and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure each Restaurant Management Team delivers quality products and customer service for total Guest satisfaction

• Improve skills, knowledge, and morale of General Managers and GMTs/GMITs through training and development

• Maximize financial performance and profit

• Ensure business and personnel practices comply with laws and organizational policies

• Model and encourage shared organizational values

• Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external management

• Attend training to stay current on industry trends

• Participate in meetings, webinars, and conference calls

• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned based on business needs

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of combined experience and/or education demonstrating strong knowledge of restaurant operations, preferably QSR

• BA/BS Degree preferred

• Valid Driver's License and acceptable DMV report

• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance

• Basic computer knowledge

• Financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Team building skills

• Investigative and problem-solving skills

• Bi-lingual skills are a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements

• Strong work ethics and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
