Part-Time 3D Rendering + Website

Overview

We're hiring an on-site, part-time specialist who can produce photorealistic product/industrial renders and also handle website updates + SEO/Google Ads support + marketing collateral. This is a hands-on execution role—not an agency coordinator role.

Primary focus right now: Platinum Finishing Systems paint booth renders and product visuals.

Also supporting: Advanced Extraction Labs (industrial/hazard-location enclosures).

Future: ModCUBES (architectural/ADU renders as that brand ramps).

Responsibilities

Rendering (Core)

Create photorealistic renders for paint booths, industrial enclosures, and (later) modular/ADU concepts

Revise renders quickly based on feedback (branding, proportions, materials, lighting, details)

Deliver web-ready + print-ready exports

Websites (Core)

Update/manage websites (new pages, edits, landing pages, image optimization)

Improve mobile layout, speed, and overall UX

Implement SEO basics directly on pages (titles/meta, headings, internal linking, alt text)

SEO + Google Ads Support

Support SEO improvements and tracking readiness

Assist with Google Ads execution support (landing page alignment, conversion tracking readiness, basic reporting)

Marketing Execution

Create brochures, spec sheets, one-pagers, and simple ad creatives

Keep brand visuals consistent across deliverables

Requirements

Portfolio showing strong photorealistic renders (industrial/product/architectural preferred)

Website experience (WordPress / Webflow / Shopify or similar)

Working knowledge of on-page SEO + basic technical SEO

Familiarity with Google Ads fundamentals

Ability to create clean marketing materials (Adobe / Figma / Canva)

Strong attention to detail + speed + follow-through

Must work on-site in Santa Rosa, CA (no remote/hybrid)

Nice to Have

Experience with industrial equipment, construction, real estate, or manufacturing marketing

Basic video editing for short-form content

Pay: $56, $68,640.00 per year
