JMI Technologies, a full-service IT service provider, is looking for a full-time employee to assist our team in providing onsite support to our client in Garden City, NY and remote support for employees of the client across parts of the US, Europe, and Israel.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting including Windows OS Profiles, File Shares, Printer Management, Updates, App installs, and troubleshooting of peripherals.

You will be working with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Yealink Room devices, Yealink Desk Phones, 365 Admin, Physical Hardware (Monitors, Docks, Cameras, Headsets, and other peripherals), Printers, Some Wireless APs, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Security Systems. As well as many other tools and systems.

We are willing to train the right candidate, if they have a basic grasp of working with the Windows environment.

This is an in-office job, you'll work out of an IT office shared with one other person. Primary focus is to answer support tickets, and emails. The pay rate will be based on experience, and we are looking for candidates who want to form long-term relationships with our growing company.

This job is semi active and can require bending, crouching, and some moderate lifting up to 75lbs (with a partner).

You must have reliable transportation, and the ability to be on site promptly at 8:30 am on workdays. The candidate must be open to travel to other offices within NYC and New Jersey on occasions. You must be able to handle customer service professionally.
