How You'll Make An Impact
Job Summary:
Provides administrative support for the Exec Director/Facilities and the Plant Engineering (department 8060) and Parking Deck (department 8074).

• Answers telephones
• Greets visitors and customers with courtesy and respect
• Disseminates information
• Maintains filing systems
• Maintains office supplies and equipment
• Creates databases, inputs and merges data
• Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety
• Participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety
• Performs duties professionally and proficiently while supporting day-to-day Plant Engineering and Parking Deck operations.

• Executive Director Facilities

Supervises:

• None

What You'll Need To Apply
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience:

• Two (2) years of job-related experience is required.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• No license required; however, experience with data base systems and phone etiquette experience is preferred.
