School Based Clinician Per Diem

Harmonia Collaborative Care partners closely with local schools to support students' emotional well-being where they learn and grow. We're seeking a per diem School-Based Clinician who values collaboration, flexibility, and meaningful impact within the school community.

This role offers the opportunity to provide thoughtful, responsive care while working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Provide individual and group counseling services to students in school settings

Collaborate with school staff, families, and internal clinical teams

Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Participate in supervision and team consultation as needed

Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice

Master's degree in a mental health or human services field

NYS license or permit preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)

Experience working with children and adolescents in school or community settings

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Flexible per diem scheduling aligned with school calendars
