Supplies and Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply and Logistics Coordinator to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all materials are available. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Supply and Logistics Coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service standards while managing clerical tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including data entry into relevant systems.
• Oversee front desk operations and provide clerical support as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone systems and email.
• Utilize Google Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Help with logistics to get supplies to homes and condos.
• Assist in the development of supply chain policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with front desk operations or personal assistant duties is a plus.
• Ability to operate phone systems effectively for communication purposes.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning operations and short term rental industry is a plus
