Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Lead to oversee kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. This is an on-site role located at our Ukiah, CA establishment. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, leading a team of kitchen staff with effective communication, and working closely with other team members to provide exceptional customer service. The Kitchen Lead will also collaborate with management to develop menus, maintain inventory, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.

• Proficiency in food preparation and cooking with attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times
• Strong communication skills for team management and collaboration
• Customer service skills to maintain positive guest experiences and address any concerns
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen setting is preferred
