JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Current Arkansas State RN or LPN license.
Experience
Nurse with previous case management experience preferred, but not necessary. Effective communication – both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport. Knowledge of clinic policies/procedures, practices, techniques, and equipment as acquired through orientation. Keyboarding skills required. Windows skills preferred.
Physical

- Normal clinic environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Lifting up to 100 lbs. carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- JOB SUMMARY
Provide ongoing support and knowledge through comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction, to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integration and functions of case management and utilization review. The person in this position is self-directed, has a positive attitude, has the ability to motivate others toward achieving goals, and has a strong sense of and respect for confidentiality involving both patients and fellow employees.

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F 8 - 4:30 pm
