We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for the following opening:

Job Description: Residential Direct Care Counselors: 2nd shift & All Weekend Shifts

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents
Engage residents in recreational and social activities
Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents

Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care
Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures
Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Meal preparation
Working with adolescents
Home care and cleanliness
First aid and basic medical procedures

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $ $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with$2.00 shift differential pay

Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Weekends

Work Location: In Person, Middleboro, MA 02346
