Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support management and staff. This position helps ensure smooth office operations by handling scheduling, communication, document preparation, and data management.
Work Location
- This role will begin in Chatsworth, CA with a
planned office relocation to Westlake Village
, CA later in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records (as needed).
- Coordinate office logistics such as travel, events, or meeting arrangements.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay range $22 - $24/hour
- Schedule: Full-time |
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - Benefits include
