Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting daily food service operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure attractive dish presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment (bussing)
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support the kitchen team during meal rushes, banquets, or special events
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service
• Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, or banquet service is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Previous roles involving serving, bussing, or hospitality contribute to success in this position
