Salary Range: $19.00 – $26.00/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, implement, and oversee engaging programs, outings, and one-on-one visits for our residents. This role ensures that each sister's experience is meaningful, person-centered, and aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide group activities and individualized programs based on resident interests.
- Prepare and manage annual department budget in collaboration with leadership.
- Maintain open communication with team members, residents, and families.
- Organize special events, field trips, and volunteer programs.
- Facilitate therapeutic small group activities and individual engagement.
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of residents at all times.
- Work closely with Food Services, Maintenance, and other departments for event coordination.
- Adjust activities to accommodate special circumstances such as appointments or emergencies.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily enrichment programs, including weekends.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in gerontology, long-term care, or dementia care
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents with dementia
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport residents
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or religious organizations
- Knowledge of Catholic Church traditions and teachings
- Ability to train, motivate, and guide staff and volunteers
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform daily physical tasks
- Clear vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills
Key Competencies:

- Service orientation and personal care skills
