Bartender – The Foyer

We are seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at The Foyer, an elevated lobby bar and guest-facing service space in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting high-quality cocktails, connecting with guests, and maintaining a polished, professional bar environment. As a Bartender at The Foyer, you will represent the heart of the space, delivering exceptional service with consistency, warmth, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging hospitality to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and light cleaning
• Support the overall flow of The Foyer by collaborating with teammates and stepping in where needed
• Uphold the professionalism and service standards of The Foyer at all times

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; upscale or craft-focused experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cocktail techniques, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, events, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hour + tips, along with opportunities for growth within Infuse Hospitality.
