Event Marketing Associate

We are a creative event marketing firm specializing in engaging events that boost brand awareness and support fundraising efforts. Our team works with nonprofits, corporate clients, and community organizations to deliver memorable experiences that drive results.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Event Marketing Associate to help plan and execute marketing campaigns and fundraising events. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about events, marketing, and making an impact. Paid training is provided to help you succeed, and we offer a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of events such as fundraisers, galas, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and promotional content to increase event attendance and engagement.
• Help create marketing materials, donor communications, and outreach initiatives for fundraising campaigns.
• Track budgets, event expenses, and help with reporting.
• Collect and analyze event data, attendee feedback, and fundraising results.
• Maintain event databases, contact lists, and marketing assets.
• Provide administrative support for event preparation and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit fundraising is welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or event management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Enthusiasm for marketing, events, and fundraising.

Pay: $35, $55,000.00 per year
