At 3E, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our customers, driving sales, and collaborating with our outside sales team to meet business goals. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Inside Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
OR 2+ years of industry-specific experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working across office and warehouse settings Team player with a proactive mindset Preferred Qualifications:
N/A Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provide technical sales support and guide customers through product selection Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Partner with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals and complete sales documentation Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and credit terms Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and technical specs Maintain and update customer records and sales contracts Support the sales team with data entry, proposals, presentations, and sales analysis Collaborate across departments (design, logistics, supply chain, finance) to deliver excellent service Develop and manage price lists and monitor order status Provide backup support to the team when needed CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
