Über

*SpeakEasy Therapy Factory* is looking for a full- time or part- time *Speech- Language Pathologist (SLP) *to join our therapy team comprised of SLPA’s, OT's, COTA’s, PT’s, PTA’s, and child development specialists. This position is located in Lexington, SC, and will begin in February 2026.
A qualified SLP will provide therapy services to preschool aged children in the school setting with varying speech and language disorders. *We offer competitive rates for this position from $40- $45 per hour*, free CEU’s and a *free toy/ game and digital starter kit *to utilize with your clients. *Assessment kits will be *included as well if necessary*. *
*Duties:*
* Evaluation/ Assessment of speech- language disorders in preschool aged children
* 1:1 and small group therapy treatment of children w/ speech- language disorders.
* Documentation of clients’ progress with goals
* Record/submit progress notes as required
* Provide parent & teacher education/ participate in IEP meetings
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
*SLP Minimum Requirements:*
* Master’s Level Degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from a CAA accredited program
* Previous pediatric treatment experience in school setting (1-2 years)
* Reliable car, and a valid driver’s license
* CPR certification
* State licensure/certification from the SC Board of Speech Pathology (SLP)
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA C’s)
* SC Teacher’s Certificate
* Strong work ethic, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
