*Position Type:* Part-time or Full-time
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic *Reformer Pilates Instructor* to join a growing studio community. This role is ideal for an instructor who is passionate about mindful movement, client-centered teaching, and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all bodies and experience levels.
Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality Reformer Pilates classes and 1:1s on Pilates apparatus for individuals and small groups
* Provide clear, safe, and effective instruction with appropriate modifications
* Create a positive and inclusive studio experience for all clients
* Maintain client safety by monitoring form and offering hands-on or verbal adjustments as appropriate
* Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes and sessions
* Assist with basic equipment setup, care, and cleanliness
* Represent the studio professionally and align with its values and teaching philosophy
Qualifications
* Current Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized training program
* Experience teaching Reformer Pilates to diverse populations and ability levels
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
* Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
Preferred (but not required)
* Additional certifications (Mat, Chair, Cadillac, Barre, or other modalities)
* Experience with injury-informed or rehabilitative movement
* Interest in continuing education and professional development
