As a Senior System Administrator/AWS DevOp at eTrigue, you will work within a small agile team of like-minded and talented engineers and product professionals in a focused, no bureaucracy environment, striving to push the limits of our capabilities while delivering tremendous value to our customers./ppeTrigue provides a complete marketing solution including platform and services that helps our customers sell in partnership with their channel partners. The eTrigue Lead Accelerator solution is turnkey, including helping partners develop target prospects, marketing materials, email and landing pages, assets, video, and a complete delivery platform to execute, identify prospect insights and track responsiveness of the partners. Our customers work in very fast-growing worldwide markets selling unique and proprietary technology solutions including cloud, security, Generative AI, telecom, infrastructure, data center operations, healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, dental, etc./ppThis is a great opportunity to join an established company, 14 years old with a 38-year-old parent company, in a rapidly growing market space. To be successful in this role, you must be hands-on, persistent, and have the ability to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment where your individual contribution is key to our success. You need to be a quick learner who can become an expert in the DevOps backend components that ensure our offering, Software as a Service (SaaS) Demand Generation platform, is always available, optimized for cost and efficiency, performing with low latency, and taking advantage of leading edge tools/solutions. In this role you will be responsible for development, deployment, monitoring, ongoing updates and optimization of our AWS environment from start to finish. This is a hands-on role requiring:/ppstrongExperience:/strong/pulli5+ years of experience in system administration and DevOps roles./liliExperience with Windows and Linux operating systems./liliExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Group Policy./liliExperience with networking and security./liliExperience with AWS cloud platform./liliExperience with DevOps tools and methodologies./liliExperience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)./li/ulpstrongTechnical Skills:/strong/pulliStrong understanding of system administration concepts./liliProficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell./liliProficiency in leveraging AWS cloud services such as ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and AWS Machine Learning./liliStrong knowledge of AI services and tools./liliExpertise in utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure to build scalable and reliable applications./liliProven ability to design and implement solutions using AWS services to meet business requirements./liliHands-on experience in managing AWS cloud resources and optimizing performance./liliStrong knowledge of AWS cloud security best practices and compliance standards./liliFamiliarity with AWS cloud pricing models and cost optimization strategies./liliExperience with AWS DevOps tools such as CloudFormation, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy./liliProficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash./liliExperience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes./li/ulpstrongSoft Skills:/strong/pulliExcellent communication and teamwork skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a small team./liliStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills./liliAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure./li/ulpstrongAdditional Desirable Qualifications For Position Includes:/strong/pulliCertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer./liliExperience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform./liliExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch or Splunk./liliExperience with security tools and practices such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AWS Security Groups./li/ulpstrongSpecifics:/strong/pulliThis position is a full-time, long-term position. It is not a part-time or contract position./liliSalary range $120k+, undiluted stock options, 100% healthcare, 401k w/matching (self directed), weekly onsite lunches, PTO, and holidays, based on experience, and demonstrated ability./liliOur preference is onsite at our San Jose headquarters for this role./liliHybrid will be considered based on experience./liliThis position is not eligible for H1B sponsorship.
