Job Description:
Deep understanding of data center switching architectures, including Cisco ACI (APIC, leaf-spine topology, and endpoint groups) and Arista EOS (CloudVision, VXLAN/EVPN). Ability to maintain existing ACI fabrics while leading the integration and deployment of Arista-based solutions. Proficiency in python and ansible for task automation and managing network configurations. Solid grasp of AWS networking services, including VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, NLB, and PrivateLink. Experience managing hybrid connectivity via AWS Direct Connect to facilitate application migration from on-premises data centers to AWS. Knowledge of AWS Route 53 resolver. Ability to design and troubleshoot traffic flows to ensure high availability and optimal performance for migrated applications. Ability to support large-scale application migrations from legacy hardware to software-defined environments. This includes performing discovery, mapping dependencies, and executing cutover plans with minimal downtime. No specific certifications required, but AWS Solution Architect and/or AWS Advanced Networking are beneficial.
