Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Sales Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be based in the DFW Area and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. They will also have a Bachelor's degree along with experience in sales development. What You'll Accomplish: Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on selling Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep. Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc. Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations Other duties as assigned Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. Responsibilities & Tasks: Drive territory growth by looking through orders determining missing product line items, maximizing our $/sqft Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors, building owners and other groups to grow awareness of our different product offerings Attend and contribute during sales meetings, offering insight of improvements that can be made Other responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar Required Work Experience: 1-3 years sales experience Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Google products Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to attend Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%) Additional Requirements: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to motivate others to accomplish tasks at hand Multi-task and prioritize objectives based on level of importance Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
