Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a full time Inside Sales Associate. This position will focus on order entry at the sales counter while specializing in our outdoor living accessory product lines. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach, using digital sales tools and CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Entering orders at the point of sale using the company computer system Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person Greet customers with a friendly attitude Basic computer and phone skills Communicate to customers the correct product for their application Communicate to customers how the material is priced and sold Create Sales Orders Create Quotes to estimate the cost of projects, quantities of material needed from customer measurements Support outside sales team in the manage of customer accounts and order processing. Foster continuous improvement by staying informed about product innovations, market trends, and competitor activities. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), relationship management software and Internet navigation. Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit, with self-motivation and enthusiasm for the business. Capability to work cohesively within a team environment, adhering to a "one team, one fight" philosophy. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in an inside sales role or similar. Experience in B2B sales. Demonstrated experience in assisting customers with purchasing needs via in-person or telephone interactions. Proven experience or a strong interest in generating new sales opportunities through proactive calls to potential customers. Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation are required. Successful completion of a criminal and driving background check, as well as a pre-employment drug test.
