We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishments as needed
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist with general office management duties including mail handling, photocopying, and organizing files
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client populations
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing, and general administrative support tasks
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
  • Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are advantageous for supporting executive staff
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
