Speech Language Pathologist

A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide direct therapy services at an elementary school setting. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite in a supportive environment within a vibrant school community.

Position Details

• Role involves managing an early childhood caseload with approximately 50-60 students
• Focus is on delivering therapy services only; no evaluations required
• Full-time hours, approximately 35 per week
• Contract duration: Starting ASAP through 5/29/2026
• Two openings available for qualified candidates

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is highly desirable
• Comfort managing a robust caseload with early childhood students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy interventions based on individual student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support speech and language development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Work collaboratively with the educational team to ensure integration of therapy goals within the classroom setting
