Property Manager

We are seeking a full-time, in-house Property Manager to manage residential properties in Los Angeles, including RSO-regulated units and HACLA Section 8 tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants
• Handle rent collection, tenant communications, and move-ins/move-outs
• coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Los Angeles RSO and HACLA Section 8 requirements
• Prepare and serve routine notices (rent increases, entry notices, etc.)
• Coordinate inspections and address violations or deficiencies
• Maintain accurate records and property files

Qualifications:

• Prior property management experience in Los Angeles
• Familiarity with RSO properties and Section 8 / HACLA tenants
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws
• Organized, reliable, and professional

Position Details:

• Full-time, in-house position
• On-site and office-based
• Occasional after-hours availability for emergencies

Pay: $4, $6,000.00 per month
