Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to work Monday-Thursday on-site in clinic. The Speech-Language Pathologist would be replacing a current employee and taking over a full-time caseload. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing individualized therapy sessions to children and adults with various communication disorders. The role involves conducting bilingual assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapy techniques. This is an on-site role located in Washington, D.C.
Specifications
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Caseload of both pediatric and adult populations - best of both worlds
- Experience with AAC users, voice disorders, acquired language disorders, and executive functioning required
- Spanish/English speaker

Qualifications
- Familiarity with pediatric speech therapy techniques and best practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of each child
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
