Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Electrician to lead electrical projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver top-quality electrical services across various construction and renovation sites. As a licensed master electrician, you will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, guiding teams to execute complex projects efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure all work adheres to local codes, industry standards, and client specifications, while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise electrical installations on construction sites, including commercial, industrial, and renovation projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical work accurately.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools and power tools.
  • Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation applications.
  • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
  • Conduct testing with tools such as ohmmeters to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with industrial electrician tasks including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Proven commercial electrician experience with a strong understanding of building codes and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for complex electrical systems.
  • Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, pliers) and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of low voltage systems such as security alarms, data cabling, or fire alarm wiring.
  • Ability to work on construction sites safely while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with renovation projects involving existing structures requiring careful planning and execution. Requirements

⦁ 3 to 5 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician with fire alarm

experience.

⦁ Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.

⦁ Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

⦁ Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety standards.

⦁ Ability to work under the direction of experienced electricians, this position

supports the installation of electrical systems in commercial environments,

ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification

⦁ Assist with all aspects of commercial electrical installation according to plans,

specifications, and applicable codes

⦁ Connect wiring and equipment per code and job specifications

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⦁ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

⦁ Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors

⦁ Punctual, Reliable and a strong work ethic

⦁ Communicate job status, issues, and recommendations to management daily by

accurate and timely reports/documentation

⦁ Adhere to safety protocols and operate vehicles and equipment safely

⦁ Valid Driver's License and a clean Driving Record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110, $130,000.00 per year
