Are you ready to bring your skills and energy to the kitchen? Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks with fast-paced, high-volume experience to join our culinary team for the 24-25 winter season. If you thrive under pressure, love crafting quality dishes, and are ready to work in an exciting resort environment, we want you on our team

Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.

What You'll Do:

• Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare food with precision using pre-described cooking methods and recipes, ensuring every dish is a hit.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Follow proper food temperature, weight, and portion guidelines for consistent results.
• Stay Clean and Safe: Keep kitchen and storeroom areas organized and spotless while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate Respectfully: Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
• Support Resort Operations: Step up to assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
• Satisfy Guests: Deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced: At least 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Flexible and Reliable: Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required, including holidays.
• Energetic and Motivational: Bring enthusiasm to the kitchen and inspire those around you.
• Multitasking Pro: Efficient, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple duties at once.
• Problem-Solver: Show initiative, make decisions, and adapt to changing situations with ease.

Schedule: This seasonal role runs from late November/early December through the winter season, with a flexible schedule tailored to our busy periods.
