Project Manager

· As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure their effective execution.

· Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and manage resources to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

· Identify potential risks and issues and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.

· Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any on-site challenges.

· Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain positive project outcomes and future business opportunities.
