We are currently seeking a versatile, high-energy individual to join our team as a Flex Budtender & Delivery Driver.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid position for a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a Flex Associate, you will serve as the face of Planted Provisioning both in-store and on the road. You must be capable of seamlessly transitioning between providing consultative sales on the dispensary floor and executing compliant, professional home deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store (Budtending):

• Consultative Sales: Guide customers through our inventory, offering expert recommendations based on their needs, preferences, and experience levels.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of terpenes, cannabinoids, consumption methods, and current industry trends.
• Customer Experience: Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all CRA regulations and company policies regarding sales, ID verification, and cash handling.

On the Road (Delivery):

• Secure Transport: Execute safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers' residences in accordance with Michigan state laws.
• Verification: Conduct strict ID verification and compliance checks upon delivery arrival.
• Vehicle Standards: Maintain company vehicles in a clean, safe, and presentable condition; report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Extend the in-store "Planted" experience to the customer's doorstep with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Valid Driver's License: Must possess a clean driving record and valid insurance.
• Dual Skill Set: Proven ability to handle both customer-facing retail duties and logistics/driving tasks.
• Cannabis Knowledge: A strong passion for the plant and the ability to educate others is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules or operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding performance and dedication.

• Base Pay: $14.00 per hour.
• Commission: Eligible for our competitive commission program (up to 6% based on performance).
• Tips: You keep 100% of your tips. Unlike many competitors, we do not pool tips; you retain all gratuities earned from your specific sales transactions and deliveries.
