We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our culinary team. This role involves providing exceptional food service, meal preparation, and culinary support in an upscale environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling, kitchen operations, and dietary services, with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all food handling processes
• Support kitchen operations including cooking, plating, and portioning of food items
• Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and culinary techniques to ensure efficiency and safety
• Assist with special events and fine dining dinner services as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and excellent service standards
• Follow all health department regulations and company policies related to food safety and hygiene

Experience

• Experience working in fine dining settings or with culinary arts is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Skills in cooking, food presentation, and kitchen operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
