Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in Hermon, ME. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and provide individualized treatment to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore physical function to patients. Responsibilities include developing customized care plans, administering physical therapy treatments, and closely monitoring patients' progress to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also involves educating patients on exercise and wellness to support long-term recovery and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices, including treatment techniques and therapeutic exercises
• Experience in Rehabilitation and Home Care services for improving patients' mobility and functional independence
• Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care to deliver comprehensive and safe treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient engagement and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required, with appropriate state licensure
• Prior experience in a clinical setting or an equivalent role is preferred
• Commitment to upholding patient-centered care practices with empathy and professionalism
