What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a project leader for the definition, planning, and delivery of multiple large-scale product and technology projects
• Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, while maintaining effective communication strategies
• Foster a customer-first attitude by understanding stakeholder needs and the impact of project decisions
• Other duties as assigned or requested

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including experience with conflict resolution
• Technical literacy in system architecture, with the ability to read and discuss system design documents and API specifications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Past hands-on experience in a development role (Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar)
• Ability to manage projects utilizing AI and specific cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve complex cross-team dependencies
