Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

-Must be 21+

-Must have current valid Oregon Marijuana Handlers Card

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding products
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately using Flowhub Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of grocery store or food service is a plus
• Familiarity with cannabinoids, terpene effects, and variety of cannabis products available in Oregon a huge plus

Pay: From $15.05 per hour
