Position Overview
We are seeking a poised, highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO who operates with discretion, precision, and professionalism. This individual will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, supporting executive priorities while helping maintain the operational excellence behind our luxury projects.
This is an in-office position best suited for someone with experience in construction, design, or real estate who understands the cadence of high-end residential work and excels in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive scheduling
- Assist with project coordination and executive-level task management
- Prepare polished documents, proposals, and internal reports
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain organization of contracts, design files, and project documentation
- Track deadlines, priorities, and confidential follow-ups
- Support office operations and special initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
- Background in luxury construction, interior design, real estate, or architecture preferred
- Working knowledge of the residential construction process
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Polished, composed demeanor with a high level of discretion

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time, in-office
