Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
• Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café
• Handle food handling procedures responsibly, including food safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques
• Assist with food service tasks such as serving snacks or light meals, ensuring timely delivery to customers
• Social media friendly, must be comfortable appearing in photos and videos. NO Social Media experience required. Just a positive attitude and ready to be a part of our brands growth.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with strong coffee knowledge
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail transactions
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in serving, food preparation, and food safety practices is highly desirable

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
