Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is self-directed, motivated, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise general maintenance and repair tasks
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Operate equipment as needed, including backhoe and brush hog
• Ensure grounds and facilities are maintained in a safe and functional condition
• Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or supervisory experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience operating a backhoe and brush hog preferred
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours

Requirements

• Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks involving electrical systems, HVAC systems, vehicle and equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical schematics accurately for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
