Job Summary
Come join the brand new Springhill Suites Gilbert - located un the SanTan Village area. We are seeking dedicated Hotel Night Auditors (hotel language for overnight front desk agents) to join our team in Gilbert AZ. This overnight front desk position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and providing seamless guest services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in hotel operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting guest needs during overnight hours and ensuring smooth hotel operations. We operate in a team environment, and support each other however possible. Our employees are expected to assist other team members. Our work environment will be fast paced at times, detail oriented, as well as fun and light whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile hotel transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and payments using hotel management software
  • Monitor security of the property during overnight hours and report any irregularities or safety concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest information, and managing guest accounts
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures highly desirable
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred
  • Familiarity with guest services, hotel operations, and guest relations is beneficial
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during overnight shifts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hospitality excellence

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
